Ecrire sans "e"

À l’occasion d’un rallye lecture 6ème et CM2, je viens de découvrir « La loi du Roi Boris » de Gilles Barraqué.
Un Roi s’ennuie et décide d’interdire l’usage de la lettre « e » considérée comme impure.
Désormais, le « e » doit être banni du langage des habitants, sous peine d’avoir un doigt coupé.
De ce roman, je retiendrai la difficulté de la suppression du « e » de notre vocabulaire et le jeu de langage qui en découle.
Après la lecture, chacun aura envie de tenter l’expérience et se rendra vite compte de la perte de vocabulaire qu’elle engendre !
Néanmoins l’idée est amusante et vaut la peine de s’y intéresser au moins une fois.
